Shipping policy

 

All items are shipped via Fedex. Fedex is NOT required to acquire a signature confirmation unless requested & paid for by the customer. Fedex is also not required to ring your doorbell or knock on the door to alert you that your package has arrived.

You will receive tracking information once your order is completed and packed via email. Please check your junk/spam for order confirmation and shipping information. If you are unable to find this information please email info@theepitomecreations.com.

Epitome Creations, LLC will not be responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. Please make sure the address used is complete and correct before placing your order. If you place an order using the wrong address, please send an email immediately to have the address changed; if you do not it will at your own expense to have the package resent. You will be responsible for ALL reshipping charges.

Please note that some custom items ship within 7 business days of paid invoice.
